Two-way remote controls can use the System Wizard on compatible receivers to make troubleshooting and replacing the

receiver or remote control easier than ever.

To open the System Wizard, press and hold “0” (zero) on the remote control. Note: Any compatible remote control can be

used to open the System Wizard on a compatible receiver.

The System Wizard has four components: Pairing Conrmation, Settings Backup, Restore Receiver, and Restore

Remote.

Pairing Conrmation

If the remote control used to open the System Wizard is not recognized by the receiver (for example, it might be paired

with another receiver in the home, or might be a replacement remote control), the System Wizard offers the opportunity to

pair the new remote with that receiver (see Figure A).
